Our all-inclusive, 2-night holistic retreat at Bodega Ridge on Galiano Island offers accommodation, organic vegetarian meals, mum and baby yoga classes, massage therapy, on-site childcare, and more. Classes, meals, and gatherings will be in the main lodge. Accommodation will be in one of 7 bright and spacious log cabins. Cabins have bathrooms, well-equipped kitchens, a living room, and fully private bedrooms.

Mama Haven wellness retreats are intended for mothers and their babies under 24-months old.

Mama needs a holiday? Come and join us for a weekend of relaxation in the company of other eco-minded mums and babies! We'll do yoga, eat organic food, get massages (and have on-site babycare while you indulge), attend a workshop or two on topics of interest to this intimate community of mums, and perhaps share a glass of wine at the end of an enjoyable day. 

The structure will be flexible so that you can share mothering moments with a small gathering of women, or enjoy some private time relaxing with your baby. Make this Mama Haven your own!
